Policies

Reservations:
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure availability. We require a credit card number to reserve an appointment.

Cancellations:
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require a 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel or change any single service with no charge and a 48-hour notice for 2 for more services scheduled. If you do not notify us of the cancellation 24-hours or 48-hours, as scheduled, prior to your spa treatment, your appointment is considered confirmed and your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 50% of the spa treatment or service fee of your reservation. All same day cancellations or no-show appointments are charged 100% for the services booked.

Group Cancellations:
For parties of 3 or more, we require 5 business days’ notice of cancellations. The rules above apply with the exception of the notice time period of 5 business days vs 24 or 48 hours.  

Health Concerns:
Please advise us at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or special needs that may affect your services.

Pre-natal clients should have completed your 1st trimester to be seen by licensed therapists.

Gift Certificates:
All gift certificates must be mentioned to be reviewed and confirmed active to ensure services requested match your gift certificate. This will ensure you receive the proper services purchased for you.

Spa Promotions:
Spa specials cannot be used or combined with other offers, discount promotions or gift certificates.

Spa Check in:
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow ample time for filling out spa intake necessary to customize your spa treatment that best suits your needs.

Late Arrivals:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you are still responsible for a full-service fee.

Cell Phones:
To guarantee a relaxing visit for all guests, we ask that you please mute cell phones during your visit.

Payment:
Cash, Credit Cards and Debit Card are accepted. We do not accept any traveler’s check. Any gift certificates or gift cards must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Gratuities:
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A gratuity of 15% to 20% of your total service price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
