Before Your Visit

How can I make a reservation?

Call 704-333-8777 during operating hours or leave a voice message off hours.

Click Book Now and make your appointment live directly online 24 hours a day.

Click Request an Appointment, the appointment is not reserved until a Guest Service Member calls you to confirm the desired date and time you listed.

We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance to secure the date and time you desire, at least two weeks if you are requesting a weekend.

Who can guide me in choosing my treatments?

Our Guest Services Staff will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments and get the best results from your services.

What time should I be there?

Your arrival time will be 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving on time will allow you time to relax as you wait for your spa journey to begin. Arriving late could potentially cut into your service time.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, lessening its effectiveness. Your treatment will end as scheduled, so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged, so please remember to be on time.

Suppose I want to book an appointment for someone else?

This is a wonderful idea, but be sure the day that you’ve chosen is a day and time available to the recipient. If it is a surprise, only give your contact information and not the phone number of the guest you will be bringing to the spa. 

Upon Arrival

What about my comfort?

Your experience at Oasis Day Spa is your time, and you should enjoy it in its entirety. While in your spa attire you are welcomed to relax in the relaxation area before re-dressing. Once changed, we ask all guests to return to the lounge downstairs.

If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist or a Guest Relations staff member immediately.

What should I wear during my treatment?

Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear is available upon request with body treatments. During all services, the body is fully draped, except for the area being treated. Robes and slippers are provided in the changing room before your service.

What should I not bring to The Spa & Wellness Center?

Lockers are available for clothing; however, it is recommended that you leave valuable items at home. In order to enjoy your visit, and not disturb other guests, we ask that all cell phones are turned off when you enter the spa. Please turn devices off completely when placed in lockers.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

Guests of Oasis Day Spa must be 16 years of age or older to enjoy spa services. Massages and facials for teens must receive parental consent and parents must be on site while the child is receiving their services.

Other Spa and Wellness Center Policies

What about gratuities?

Gratuities are given as a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with the services that you received, from our Spa Service Providers, and our Guest Services staff.

What about payment for spa services?

A credit card is required at the time reservations are made. We accept all major credit cards, cash and in-state checks (ID required.)

What is the cancellation policy?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Oasis Day Spa 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours for two or more services to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of your reserved services if paying with credit/debit, or 100% of your gift certificate/card.

You may reschedule your service for another time to avoid a cancellation fee, but the service must occur within 48 hours of your original appointment.

Groups are subject to a seven notice of cancellation to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.

Are Gift Cards available from Oasis Day Spa?

You may purchase gift cards from the spa starting at $25. You may also purchase a gift certificate online.

Treatments & Services

Do I shave before my treatment?

Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If the hair on your face is longer than ½ inch, it will be difficult to provide the desired end results. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours before your appointment.

What if I have special health considerations?

When making your reservation, please notify Guest Services if you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any physical ailments or disabilities.

What if I am pregnant?

If you are pregnant, there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester.

Pre-natal massage can be a wonderful way to ease an aching back, stiff shoulders and sore hips. There are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed while pregnant. Please notify our Guest Services staff if you are pregnant when you make your appointment, so that they can offer guidance
